These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Go Unbounded (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the customer (“you”, “your”), when you purchase and use our SIM service. Please read them carefully before using the service. By ordering or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

  • We provide a specialised SIM service designed for mobile payment connectivity.

  • The SIM is data-only and restricted to payment-related services (including Square, SumUp, Zettle, Revolut Pay, major UK banks, and WhatsApp for support).

  • The service is not intended for general internet access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our service, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using the service, you agree to:

  • Use the SIM only for lawful purposes.

  • Not attempt to circumvent or misuse the service (for example, using it for unrelated high-data activities).

  • Keep your account details secure.

If we suspect misuse, we may suspend or terminate your service.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Payment is handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

  • Your subscription or purchase must be paid in full before the service is activated.

  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or under our 30-day money-back guarantee.


5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After this period, refunds will not normally be issued unless required by law.


6. Service Availability

  • We aim to provide the best possible network coverage by connecting across multiple UK networks.

  • However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.

  • Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or other factors outside our control.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the SIM or subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.


8. Data Protection

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal data.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you, and the latest version will always be available on our website.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any dispute arises, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
