Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form the agreement between Go Unbounded Ltd (“Go Unbounded”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you, our customer (“you”, “your”), covering the connectivity services and hardware you buy from us.

By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them before you order. Together with your order confirmation, the prices shown on our website, and our Privacy Policy, they make up the whole of our agreement with you.
2. Our services are for business use
Our services are offered to businesses acting in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession. When you place an order you confirm that you are ordering for business purposes and are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
If, despite this, you are buying wholly or mainly for personal use and qualify as a consumer under UK law, nothing in these Terms removes or limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer. Where any term conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights take precedence.
3. What the service is
We provide a data connectivity service delivered over SIMs and eSIMs, together with optional mobile routers.
The service is restricted. It is designed to connect to a defined set of supported services, principally payment terminals and related business tools. It is not a general internet connection and should not be relied on as one.
You may use tethering or the hotspot function on your device, but connected devices will still only reach supported services. Tethering does not widen what the connection can access.
We may add to or change the list of supported services as providers change their infrastructure or as we develop the product. We will not remove a service you actively rely on without telling you first, where we are reasonably able to identify that reliance. If a change materially reduces the usefulness of the service to you, you may cancel under section 12.
We do not guarantee that any particular third party service will work over the connection. Third party services are outside our control, and they may change how they operate without notice to us.
4. Data usage
There is no fixed data allowance and no hard cap. We do not charge for additional data.
Because the service is priced on expected business use, we monitor overall usage volumes. If your usage is significantly out of line with what the service is designed for, or suggests use outside the supported services, we will follow the process in section 11 rather than charging you or cutting you off without warning.
5. Plans, term and renewal
You can choose either:
- Monthly, paid in advance, renewing each month until cancelled
- Annual, paid twelve months in advance
Both renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and your service continues until then. We do not refund the unused part of a term, except where section 7 or section 12 applies, or where the law requires it.
We are not obliged to refund a term that has just renewed, but if you contact us promptly after an unwanted renewal we will look at it sympathetically.
6. Charges and payment
All charges are payable in advance. Prices are those shown on our website at the time you order.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. You must keep a valid payment method on your account.
If a payment fails, we will tell you and try again. If the payment is still outstanding after 7 days we may suspend your service. If it remains outstanding for a further 7 days after suspension we may terminate this agreement and disconnect your services. Suspension does not reduce what you owe for the period already committed.
7. Changing prices
We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change takes effect.
If you do not want to accept a price increase, you may cancel without penalty by telling us before the change takes effect. If you have paid annually in advance, we will refund the unused whole months of your prepaid term on a pro rata basis.
8. Routers and hardware
Routers are sold to you outright. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.
Warranty. We warrant that hardware will be free from material defects for 12 months from delivery. If a fault appears within that period, contact us and we will repair or replace the unit, or refund it, at our option. Return postage for a faulty item is free to you.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair or modification, normal wear, or faults caused by use outside the manufacturer’s instructions.
Changing your mind. If you change your mind about a router, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The unit must be unused or in as-new condition, complete with all accessories and its original packaging. You are responsible for return postage and for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend a tracked service. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, and we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was needed to check it.
Nothing in this section affects your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not as agreed.
Hardware is supplied for use with our service. We do not guarantee it will work on another provider’s network.
9. SIMs and eSIMs
Physical SIM cards remain our property and are licensed to you for use with our service. You do not need to return them when your service ends, but you must not sell, transfer or supply them to anyone else.
We provide eSIM profiles by QR code. An eSIM profile is generally tied to a single device, so you will need a replacement if you change or reset your device.
Replacement profiles are free. Where replacements are requested repeatedly, we may charge £1 per re-issue for any request after the second in a rolling 12-month period. We will always tell you before charging.
You are responsible for checking that your device is compatible and supports the service. Compatibility information is on our website.
10. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive
- Attempt to bypass, tunnel around, or otherwise circumvent the restrictions on which services the connection can reach
- Resell, rent out, or otherwise make the connectivity available to third parties as a service
- Use the service in a way that damages, overloads or degrades our network or interferes with other customers
- Share your account credentials, or allow access by anyone not authorised on your account
- Behave abusively, threateningly or offensively towards our staff, or make demands on our support team that are unreasonable or disproportionate to the service you have bought
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
11. Suspension
If we believe your use breaches section 10, we will normally contact you first, explain our concern and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond or put it right.
We may suspend or restrict your service immediately, and explain afterwards, where there is an immediate risk to our network, to other customers, or to security, where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where we are required to do so by law or by our network partners.
We may also suspend or end a service where your conduct is placing an unreasonable burden on our business. This covers abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards our staff, which we will not tolerate and may act on immediately, and it covers demands on our support team so persistent or disproportionate that we cannot reasonably continue to serve you alongside our other customers. In the latter case we will tell you what needs to change and give you an opportunity to change it before we act.
Where we suspend a service, we will tell you why and what you need to do to have it restored. You may challenge any suspension by contacting us, and we will review it.
12. Termination
You may cancel as set out in section 5.
We may terminate this agreement by giving you 30 days’ notice.
We may terminate it immediately, without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, if payment remains outstanding as set out in section 6, or if you become insolvent or cease trading.
Where a breach can reasonably be put right, we will normally tell you what is wrong and give you an opportunity to fix it before we terminate. Where a breach is serious, including unlawful use, fraud, deliberate circumvention of the service restrictions, or abusive behaviour towards our staff, we may terminate immediately and permanently, and we may decline to supply you again.
If we terminate your account you may appeal by emailing us within 14 days. We will review the decision and respond in writing.
If we terminate without you being at fault, we will refund the unused whole months of any prepaid term on a pro rata basis.
On termination your services will be disconnected and your access to the customer portal will end. Any hardware you have bought remains yours.
13. Roaming in the EU
Where you have bought the EU roaming add-on, you may use the service while travelling in EU countries. Roaming coverage depends on the operators available in each country and we cannot guarantee availability or performance abroad.
The service is intended for use mainly in the United Kingdom. Your UK usage must remain the majority of your total usage, measured over any rolling three-month period. If more than half your usage takes place outside the UK across such a period, we will contact you to discuss it, and may restrict roaming or end the service if it continues.
14. Service availability and support
We work to provide reliable coverage by connecting across multiple UK networks, but mobile connectivity depends on radio coverage, third party networks and factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or available in every location. Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network faults, congestion, weather, or the acts of third parties. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime level or service credits.
Support is available by email at support@go-unbounded.co.uk. We aim to respond within one working day, using reasonable endeavours, but this is a target rather than a guaranteed response time.
15. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because this is a business to business agreement:
We are not liable for, in each case whether direct or indirect:
- Loss of profit, revenue, sales or anticipated savings
- Loss of business, contracts or business opportunity
- Loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation
- Loss or corruption of data
- Any inability to take payments, process transactions or trade during an interruption to the service
- Any indirect or consequential loss of any kind
Our total liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period, whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the total charges you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Given that interruptions can occur, we recommend that you keep an alternative means of taking payment available.
16. Data protection
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
17. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email support@go-unbounded.co.uk with the details and your account information. We will acknowledge your complaint and work with you to resolve it as quickly as we reasonably can, and we will keep you informed of progress.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services develop. The current version is always on our website and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect, and we will refund the unused whole months of any prepaid term on a pro rata basis.
19. General
Events outside our control. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network operator failures, power or infrastructure outages, industrial action, extreme weather, or acts of government.
Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold, and we will tell you if we do.
Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply.
Delay is not waiver. If we do not enforce a term straight away, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
Notices. We will contact you using the email address on your account. Please keep it up to date. You can contact us at support@go-unbounded.co.uk.
Entire agreement. These Terms, your order confirmation and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us and replace anything said or written beforehand.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
